It is to be known that this is not the first time that Rahul Gandhi has been insulted at a public forum. Earlier too, BJP leaders have referred to Gandhi as 'Pappu'. On Friday, Telangana chief minister compared him with a joker. Considering the fact that Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself had referred Rahul Gandhi as 'Shehzada' (prince) at several electoral rallies, saffron party spokepersons making controversial comments against the Congress president is not new.
