Priyanka Gandhi Meets Snake Charmers in Raebareli, Holds Reptiles in Hand; Watch Video

Lucknow, May 2: Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Thursday met snake charmers in Raibareli, the Lok Sabha constituency of her mother and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi. During her meeting with snake charmers, Priyanka Gandhi interacted with them and held reptiles in her hand. The video of Priyanka meeting snake charmers was shared by news agency ANI.

In the video, Priyanka is seen holding snakes in her hand. After meeting snake charmers, she continued her attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), calling the saffron party the main opponent of the Congress. "Ideology of Congress and BJP is poles apart. We'll always fight them, they are our main adversary in politics. We have made sure not to benefit BJP in any way. We are fighting strongly, our candidates are strong," Priyanka said. The Raebareli Lok Sabha seat will go to polls on May 6. In Rae Bareli, Sonia Gandhi is in direct contest with BJP candidate Dinesh Pratap Singh, who recently switched sides from the Congress to the ruling party. The SP-BSP-RLD alliance has not fielded its candidate.
