The results of the Peddapalle Lok Sabha Constituency will be declared today. The counting of votes began on the Parliamentary seat in Telangana at 8 am on Thursday, May 23. The political parties have declared candidates from the seat. The Indian National Congress Party has declared A Chandra Sekhar as its candidate. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi has given a ticket to Venkatesh Nethani, formerly worked as the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Balka Suman of Telangana Rashtra Samithi won from the seat with 5,65,496 votes. He was followed by in second and third by Congress leader G. Vivekanand, and Telugu Desam Party's Dr.Janapati Sarat Babu.
