It is highly likely that it will be Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) who will win the  Telangana Assembly Elections 2018. The other contenders in the race are Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Indian National Congress (INC), Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) among others.

Palair

In 2014, it was Ramireddy Venkatareddy of Indian National Congress who defeated Baby Swarna Kumari Maddineni of the TDP. In 2009, the Palair seat was won by Congress, and so did it in 2004, and 1999.

Madhira

The constituency of Madhira has majorly favoured the CPI in the past. With TRS and INC making inroads in these polls, it will be interesting to see which party wins Madhira.

Wyra

In 2014 Assembly Elections, Banoth Madan Lal of YSR Congress defeated Banoth Balaji of the TDP. In 2009, the seat was won by CPI. Will it be TDP, YSRC or CPI?

Sathupalli

TDP has won the seat of Sathupalli in the past 2 Assembly Elections. It will be interesting to view which party manages to come out on top in the 2018 Assembly Elections.

Kothagudem

In the battle of 2014 Elections, the seat of Kothagudem was won Venkat Rao Jalagam of TRS after defeating Vanama Venkateshwara Rao of YSRC. Previously, the seat was won by CPI in 2009.

Aswaraopeta

On the seat of Aswaraopeta, it was Thati Venkateswarlu of YSRC who defeated Mecha Nageswara of TDP. In the year 2009, it was the Congress party who had won that seat.

Bhadrachalam

The seat of Bhadrachalam has been a CPI bastion for years too. Except for 2009, the party has won the seat in all elections dating back till 1978.
