Patna, November 10: RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's wife Rabri Devi has decided that she will not observe the Chhath festival this year indicating the trouble in the politically prominent Yadav family. This would be the first time in many years that the festival will not be celebrated at Lalu Prasad Yadav's house in Patna. Reports said that Rabri Yadav and family have taken the decision as they upset with Tej Pratap Yadav's decision to divorce Aishwarya Rai. This is the latest news that is bound to hit the supporters of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) party. Reports said that family and party patriarch Lalu Prasad Yadav's health has also deteriorated. Lalu Yadav is admitted in RIMS hospital in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and is undergoing treatment. Meanwhile, Tej Pratap Yadav has refused to return home until he does not find support from family members over his decision to divorce Aishwarya Rai, said reports. On Friday, November 9, the absence of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav from his residence in Bihar on his birthday not only disappointing the RJD supporters, who turned out in large numbers to see their leader, but further added fuel to the supposed ongoing tussle in the family. Trouble in the Yadav household began after Tejashwi's elder brother, Tej Pratap, hinted that he was being sidelined in the party. However, the Yadav family was seen together in Tej Pratap's wedding on May 14. But things have been going downhill ever since Tej Pratap Yadav filed for divorce hardly six months after his marriage to Aishwarya Rai, who is the daughter of RJD leader Chandrika Rai and granddaughter of former Bihar Chief Minister Daroga Rai. Reports say that the family is against the divorce and wants Tej Pratap to take back his decision. But Tej Pratap, who stayed away from home even in Diwali, said to a private TV news channel that he has made up his mind and will not take back his decision to divorce Aishwarya Rai and that there is no point in "living by making compromises."
