Shimla, May 17: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not “paying heed to anyone”, including his own ministers and alleged that the Prime Minister “lives in a world of his own”. Gandhi also made a sensational charge against the PM, saying that PM Modi “locked up his entire cabinet” before announcing notebandi (demonetization). Gandhi, speaking at an election rally in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, tried to corner the Prime Minister on the issue of demonetization. As the voting for last phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 approaches (May 19), political leaders across party lines are busy campaigning and addressing public gatherings as today, May 17, is the last date for campaigning.
