Shimla, May 17: Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Friday criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for not “paying heed to anyone”, including his own ministers and alleged that the Prime Minister “lives in a world of his own”. Gandhi also made a sensational charge against the PM, saying that PM Modi “locked up his entire cabinet” before announcing notebandi (demonetization).
