Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2019 Opinion Poll Results by ABP News-C Voter: BJP-Shiv Sena to Win 194 Seats, Congress-NCP 86, Says Survey

Mumbai, October 18: The BJP-Shiv Sena alliance is predicted to win upto 194 seats in the upcoming Maharashtra assembly elections 2019, according to an opinion poll conducted by ABP News in coordination with C Voter. Others or the non-aligned parties, including the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen of Asaduddin Owaisi and Prakash Ambedkar-led Bahujan Vanchit Aghadi are likely to be restricted to 8 assembly seats, said the opinion poll.

Single-phase polls in Maharashtra is scheduled on October 21. The results will be declared on October 24. Most of the opinion polls have predicted a victory for the BJP-Shiv Sena alliance in the state.

In 2014, the saffron coalition had emerged to power after a 15-year hiatus. The Congress-NCP combine, which ruling the state for three consecutive terms, had broken their alliance ahead of the polls and contested separately. The two parties had ended up winning 42 and 41 seats, respectively.
