New Delhi, April 3: With the Lok Sabha Elections 2019 just around the corner, political parties have been campaigning to woo voters with their poll promises. Congress President Rahul Gandhi is set to address three back to back election rallies in Nagaland and Assam on Wednesday. According to reports, Gandhi will address the first rally at Dimapur in Nagaland on Wednesday morning. Nagaland's lone Lok Sabha seat is going to polls on April 11 in the first phase. While Congress has fielded veteran K.L. Chishi for the seat, the state's ruling Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party-led alliance has fielded Tokheho Yepthomi. The Congress on Tuesday, promised that it won't allow any change in constitutional position on Article 370, will review AFSPA and reduce presence of armed forces in the Kashmir Valley if it wins the Lok Sabha polls.
