Biju Janta Dal in a letter to CEO Bhubaneswar have demanded a lie detector test and narco-analysis of BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan and others, alleging them of staging a bombing on the vehicle of BJP Candidate from Central Bhubaneswar.
