Kannauj constituency is one of the eighty Lok Sabha constituencies in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The election here will be conducted on April 29, 2019 as per the Phase IV schedule The historic town of Kannauj, northwest of Kanpur, is the administrative center. The district was carved out of the Farrukhabad district on September 18, 1997. It has an average elevation of 139 metres (456 feet).
