However, the administration has not made any confirmation regarding the detention or house arrest of Iltija Mufti. It is to be known that Iltija has been raising her voice against the detention of her mother and had spoken about the conditions of Valley after the abrogation of Article 370.
Earlier, the J&K administration released five former legislators from detention. Even as the five ex-MLAs have been released, the three top political leaders of the state -- former chief ministers Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti still remain detained. The five Kashmir political leaders who were released include Ishfaq Jabbar and Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Bashir Mir and Zahoor Mir and Yasir Reshi.
