If You Type Feku on Google, Whose Photo Comes in Search Results Asks Digvijaya Singh Calling PM Narendra Modi 'Liar'

Bhopal, April 27: Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh, during an election rally in Bhopal on Saturday, took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi by calling him "Feku" meaning liar in English. Referring to PM Modi, the Congress candidate from Bhopal asked the crowd whose photo they get when they type ‘Feku’ on Google. Last year, reports surfaced that a search on Google for "Feku" leads to top results related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also, an image search for the word "Feku" leads to his pictures. According to reports,  Google search for the name "Pappu" also led to results related to Congress President Rahul Gandhi.

Earlier this week, Singh faced a major embarrassment when a youngster walked up to the stage and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had ‘carried out surgical strikes and killed terrorists’. This incident took place during political addressing in Bhopal, when the Congress leader asked youth 'did you get Rs 15 lakhs in your account?' The Singh asked this question multiple times and asks people to raise hands if they got 15 lakh rupees. A youth walks up to the stage and says 'Modi Ji did surgical strike and killed terrorists.' The video of the incident is also going viral on social media.

The former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister is contesting against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, an accused in 2008 Malegaon blast. The Lok Sabha Elections for Bhopal parliamentary seat will take place in the sixth phase of polls on May 12. The counting of votes will be held on May 23.
