Jaipur, July 25: Even as the outrage over the Alwar lynching continues and police action questioned in the case, BJP leaders from Rajasthan keep giving one controversial comment after the other. The latest leader to join the list is BJP Rajasthan Chief Madan Lal Saini. Saini has claimed that Humayun, while on his deathbed, had called Babar and told him to respect and not harm cows at all.

Saini, among other things, said that "When Humayun was dying, he called Babar. And told Babar that if you want to rule in Hindustan, then remember three things, first cow, second Brahman and third women. These three should not be harmed in any way, Hindustan does not tolerate any violence against these three." Check his comment below in the video by news channel Times Now:

Apart from the fact that BJP's Rajasthan Chief got the fact and history both wrong, his comment does not fit any context as well.

On Tuesday, Rajasthan Minister Jaswant Singh Yadav, has appealed to "Muslims to understand the sentiments of Hindus and stop smuggling cows." Referring to the muslims, the minister also said that "they must stop this business. As far as his death is concerned, I express condolence and I stand against those who take law in their hands (sic)." The comment was in the case of lynching reported from Rajasthan's Alwar, where a 28-year-old Rakbar Khan, was allegedly killed after he was transporting his cows on foot to his village.
