Patna, November 15: Sudhanshu Shekhar of the JD(U) has won the Harlakhi Vidhan Sabha Seat after defeating CPI candidate Ram Naresh Pandey. The Harlakhi constituency is situated in the Madhubani district of Bihar. The voting in this constituency was held on November 7 in the third phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2020. The current MLA of the Harlakhi constituency is Basant Kumar, who belongs to the RLSP. The counting of votes was held on November 10 and the results were declared on the same day.
