BJP Candidate Shripad Yesso Naik Is Leading in North Goa With 181520 EVM Votes and 810 postal votes. He is closely followed by Girish Raya Chodankar from Indian National Congress who has got 135673 votes till now.

The primary electoral contest for two seats is between the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party. In South Goa, the BJP has fielded sitting MP Advocate Narendra Yadav Sawaikar. He is pitted against Congress candidate Francisco Sardinha and AAP candidate Elvis Gomes contested on the seat. In the Goa Legislative Assembly election, held in 2017, the Congress party bagged 17 seats, while the BJP won 13. As per the ECI website, there are 4,86,983 voters in two parliamentary constituencies, including 2,42,694 females and 2,44,289 male candidates. In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, the BJP won both the seats. Shripad Yasso Naik and Narendra Keshav Sawaikar of the BJP won the North Goa and South Goa seats respectively. The Congress is hoping to make a comeback in the state this time.
