1. Pro tem Speaker (KG Bopaiah) will decide on the mode of floor test to be conducted in Karnataka Assembly at 4 pm.

2. Live telecast and streaming of the assembly of the floor test will be carried out.

3. There can be no nomination of Anglo Indian MLA in the assembly by Karnataka Governor.

4. The current CM Yeddyurappa is not allowed to take any major policy decisions in the state.

5. Karnataka DGP is directed to ensure the proper security of all the elected MLAs.

The post-poll alliance strength of the Congress-JDS combine is said to be 117 MLAs and the alliance has alleged a foul play in the Governor inviting BJP to form the government, which led to multiple pleas by the alliance to the Supreme Court.
