Earlier on Friday, the Supreme Court heard the Congress-JDS plea on the appointment of B S Yeddyurappa as Karnataka Chief Minister by Governor Vajubhai Vala. The court slashed the 15-day time given by Governor to BJP Chief Minister Yeddyurappa to prove majority and ordered a floor test in the Karnataka Assembly at 4 pm on Saturday. 1. Pro tem Speaker (KG Bopaiah) will decide on the mode of floor test to be conducted in Karnataka Assembly at 4 pm.
