New Delhi, May 28: Days before Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony, a fake list of cabinet ministers are doing rounds on social media. However, no official announcement has been made regarding who will be included in the cabinet. As per the list which is going viral on social media, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief Amit Shah will get Home Ministry, while Smriti Irani who won Amethi seat will be new Foreign Minister. Delhi MP Gautam Gambhir will get sports ministry, while defence ministry will be handed over to Rajiv Pratap Rudi, claims the list. As per the list, other prominent names who will get ministry include Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Arvind Sawant, Nitin Gadkari.

Modi will take oath as the next Prime Minister of the country on May 30 at 7 pm in Rashtrapati Bhawan. Along with PM Modi union ministers who will be included in the cabinet will also take an oath. Meanwhile, PMO has sent an official invitation to Telangana Cheif Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and Andhra Pradesh CM-designate Jagan Mohan Reddy for the ceremony. Along with this, the official invitation has been sent to actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan.
India has not invited Pakistan for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony which is scheduled to take place on May 30. Instead, the invitation was sent to BIMSTEC nations which include Bangladesh, India, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Nepal and Bhutan.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the saffron party registered a landslide victory. The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance bagged 353 seats out of which the saffron party remained victorious on 303 seats.
