New Delhi, September 18: Delhi's Patiala House Court issued summons and named Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia as accused along with 11 other MLAs, who are named in the charge sheet by Delhi Police in connection with Delhi chief secretary alleged assault case. For the unversed, reports inform that Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash was allegedly assaulted during a meeting at Kejriwal's official residence on February 19. It was alleged by the chief secretary that the chief minister was present when the assault took place.
