The Rajasthan electorate have expressed their anti-incumbency sentiment, as the incumbent Ministers in the Vasundhara Raje-led government trailing from their respective constituencies.The ministers trailing are -- state Social Justice Minister Arun Chaturvedi (Civil Lines), Water Resources Minister Rampratap (Hanumangarh), Agriculture Minister Prabhu Lal Saini (Anta), UDH Minister Srichand Kriplani (Nimahera), Gaupalan Minster Otaram Devasi (Sirohi seat) and Health Minister Kalicharan (Malvia Nagar). Barmer MP Sonaram is also trailing.

Jaipur, December 9: Across Rajasthan, all eyes are set on the results of recently contested assembly elections 2018 in 199 constituencies of the state. The counting of votes began at all designated centres at 8:00am. Chomu: Since the last two decades, the poll battle in this constituency has been wedged between BJP's Ramlal Sharma and Congress leader Bhagwan Sahai Saini. The two parties have repeated their respective erstwhile candidates in this round of the polls. Notably, Sharma is the sitting MLA and Saini the challenger. Check live results below:

Phulera: Here, the BJP has reposed faith in sitting MLA Nirmal Kumawat, who is being challenged by Congress candidate Vidhadhar Singh. Check the latest updates on results here.

Dudu: The BJP has again issued ticket to its incumbent legislator from the seat, Prem Chand Bairwa. The Congress has fielded Ritesh Bairwa. Check the live poll outcome here.

Jhotwara: Here as well, the BJP has repeated its sitting MLA Rajpal Singh Shekhawat, who is being challenged by Congress leader Lal Chand Kataria -- who had emerged the first runner-up in 2008. Check the live updates of results here.

Amber: The seat sprang a shocker for BJP and Congress in 2013, when National People's Party (NPP) candidate Naveen Pilania won the tightly contested poll last time. Ahead of the 2018 elections, Pilania switched to the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). He is being challenged by BJP leader Satish Poonia and Congress' Prashant Sharma. Jamwa Ramgarh: The BJP, which wrested the seat in 2013, replaced its incumbent MLA with a new candidate, Mahendra Pal Meena. The Congress, which led a high-octane campaign in the constituency, has fielded former MLA Gopal Lal Meena. Catch the fastest update of results here.

In the polls held on Friday, a total of 199 seats were contested in a single phase. The voter turnout was 74.21 per cent, marginally down from 74.38 per cent recorded in 2013. The exit polls had overwhelmingly predicted the ouster of incumbent Vasundhara Raje-led government.
