Amethi, July 4: Rahul Gandhi has once again launched a salvo against PM Narendra Modi over his ambitious bullet train project. In the latest remark against PM Modi, Rahul called Modi's bullet train a magic train. During his recent attack, he also stated that it would never be constructed and if at all it is ever made, then it will be under Congress regime.

Rahul Gandhi is on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency at Amethi from July 4 to July 6, during which he launched an attack on PM Modi-led NDA government. The latest attack on the BJP government could be a strategy to gain public attention in the backdrop of the General Elections 2019, ahead of which, political parties across states have been gathering against the BJP.

Rahul lambasted the NDA government and he later met a few farmers of the region and took stock of the problems they are going through. The tour will come to an end on July 6, and after that, Rahul will return to Delhi. On the last day of his visit to Amethi, he will also speak to Congress party workers to discuss poll strategies for upcoming parliamentary elections. General Elections of 2019 is considered crucial for Congress and Rahul Gandhi himself. Rahul earlier expressed his interest in becoming the PM candidate once the UPA comes into power.
