New Delhi, April 6: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday released list of 24 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections 2019. The party also named two candidates for Odisha legislative assembly elections and two candidates for by-elections to the legislative assembly for Chhindwara in Madhya Pradesh and Nighasan in Uttar Pradesh. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s press release said that the Election Committee has decided names for the ensuing General Elections to the Parliamentary and Legislative Assembly constituency of different states and bye-election to the Legislative Assembly of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The BJP list consists of names for different states such as Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha.

The BJP also released names of two candidates for Kendrapara (SC) seat and Kakatpur (SC) seat in Odisha. The BJP has named Sunakar Behera and Rabi Mallick from the two respective seats.
Bye-election on two Assembly Seats- one each in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh will also be held. The BJP named Vivek Sahu from Chhindwara assembly seat (MP) and Shashank Verma from Nighasan assembly seat (UP).
