Mumbai, October 3: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released the third list of candidates for the Maharashtra Assembly Elections 2019. The list relased by BJP consistes of four names. The seats covered in the list are the Shirpur (ST), Ramtek, Sakoli and Malad West assembly seats. The candidates declared from the given seats are Kashiram Pawara from Shirpur (ST), Mallikarjun Reddy from Ramtek, Parinay Phuke from Sakoli and Ramesh Singh Thakur from Malad West seat. The Bharatiya Janata Party has so far released three lists of candidates for the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly Elections. The BJP named 125 candidates in the first list and 14 candidates in the second list. The BJP will fight the 2019 Maharashtra assembly elections with the Shiv Sena. The Shiv Sena has agreed to contest 124 of 288 assembly seats, leaving 164 seats in BJP's quota. A party needs 145 seats to claim a simple majority in the House.The Election Commission announced the schedule of Maharashtra assembly elections on September 21. As per the schedule, the last date for filing nominations is October 4. Nominations will be scrutinised on October 5. Candidates can withdraw their nominations by October 7. Polling will be held on October 21, while the counting of votes will take place on October 24. The results will be declared on October 24.
