Biplab Kumar Deb Again: Tripura CM Passes Balloons Around as National Anthem Gets Played; Watch Video
Deb, who was appointed as the Tripura CM last year after the BJP uprooted the 25-year-rule of the Left, has been in limelight for the wrong reasons.
Agartala, February 22: In what appears to by another faux pas by Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, the BJP leader drew ridicule this time for passing around balloons "when the national anthem was being played". The incident was reported on Thursday, when Deb, along with other Ministers and officials, was inaugurating a food mark in Tulakona, located 10 km away from the state capital.
Deb was spotted passing tri-coloured balloons to Union Minister of State for Food Processing Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti. The balloons were released into the sky, with one of the officials exciting clappling. All this happened while the national anthem was being played. Watch The Video Here.
