Patna, October 7:┬аAn independent candidate, testing his fate in the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, drew traction on social media as he took out a rally on bull before filing his nomination. The candidate was identified in reports as Ravindra Prasad alias Kapil Yadav. The last date for filing nominations for the first phase of assembly elections in Bihar is October 8. The BJP, RJD and JD(U) have released their first list of candidates. The polls will begin from October 28, and will be held in three phases. The second and third round of voting is scheduled on November 3 and 7. The results would be declared on November 10.
