The Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha Constituency of the northern Indian state of Haryana was formed in the year 1998. Before that, this constituency was known as Bhiwani.
Lok Sabha Elections 2019: The results of polls in the Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha Constituency were declared today. The counting of votes began on the Parliamentary seat in Haryana at 8 am on Thursday, May 23. Dharambir Singh of the BJP won from the seat. Voting took place for the Bhiwani-Mahendragarh seat in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2019 on May 12.
Candidates on the Bhiwani-Mahendragarh seat for Lok Sabha Elections 2019 include Dharambir Singh of the BJP, Balwan Singh of the INLD and Shruti Choudhry of the Congress among others. The last date of filing nomination on this seat was April 23. The last date for withdrawal of nomination was April 26. May 12 is the date of polling in Bhiwani-Mahendragarh. The Lok Sabha Elections 2019 will take place across India between April 11 and May 23. While voting will take place for 543 Lok Sabha seats in seven phases between April 11 and May 19, the counting of votes will take place on May 23.
