In Patan, Ajay Vishnoi has been fielded as the BJP candidate against Neelesh Awasthi of the Congress. In 2013, Neelesh Awasthi of the Congress party had won the Patan seat. In Bargi, the BJP has fielded Pratibha Singh against Congress candidate Sanjay Yadav. The Bargi seat was won by BJP's Pratibha Singh in 2013.
