New Delhi, May 26: With speculations of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's health deteriorating spreading like wildfire in the political arena, BJP parliamentarian Swapan Dasgupta informed that the former minister is fine, but have been advised rest. Along with this, several other people too confirmed that Jaitley is doing fine will be back with a bang.
Informing about the health update, Swapan Dasgupta took to Twitter and wrote, "Questions about Arun Jaitley health understandable. He is recovering from a bout of chemo. But he is still in terrific form and his wit is firmly intact. Needs a little rest to get back his strength. All out good wishes." Along with the Principal Director General of Press Information Bureau, Sitanshu Kar, stated, "Reports in a section of media regarding Union Minister Shri Arun Jaitley's health condition are false and baseless. Media is advised to stay clear of rumour mongering."

Also, popular news anchor Rajat Kapoor also mentioned that Jaitley is fine. He informed, "Everyone is discussing my friend Arun Jaitley's health, some out of the genuine concern and some for loose talk. Let me share with you that I met him last evening, he is recovering well and is working behind the scenes. Friends and family have convinced him to stay away from the public."

It is to be known that former Union Minister was admitted to AIIMS last week to undergo tests and treatment for an undisclosed illness. He even underwent a kidney transplant in May last year.
