New Delhi, April 28: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate from North-East Lok Sabha seat, Atishi wrote to Returning Officer (RO) alleging a repeated violation of the model code of conduct by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Gautam Gambhir by holding a rally without permission on April 28. The North East Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency is one out of the seven parliamentary seats in the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
