New Delhi, Sep 17: Union Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh on Monday said Pakistan remains under military rule as Prime Minister Imran Khan was fielded by the country's army. In response to a question on constant infiltration bids across the Line of Control (LoC), VK Singh said the Pakistan army is calling the shots despite change in the government.

"Did you all expect a change? If a person is propped up by army, army still rules," Singh was quoted as saying by news agency ANI. "Let's wait and watch how things move, whether a person remains under army's control or doesn't," the minister said without taking name of Imran Khan. Many inside and outside Pakistan believe that Khan is the military's blue-eyed boy. Imran Khan Government to Auction Luxury Cars, Choppers and Buffaloes as part of Austerity Drive.

He also denied receving any proposal from Pakistan on the issue of the Kartarpur gurdwara corridor. "This issue has been going on for a very long time.
