Oral Sex Puts Husband in Trouble! Wife Accuses Him of Forcing Her For Unnatural Sex, Wants Him Booked Under Section 377
The woman through her counsel Aparna Bhat alleged that her doctor husband frequently forced her to perform oral sex on him.
New Delhi, July 19: At a time when the Supreme Court has reserved its verdict on a batch of petitions challenging the Constitutional validity of Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, a woman has appealed the apex court to book her husband for allegedly forcing her for 'unnatural' oral sex. The woman through her counsel Aparna Bhat alleged that her doctor husband frequently forced her to perform oral sex on him. She said performing oral sex is 'against the order of nature', and sought her husband booked under Section 377 which criminalises 'unnatural sex'.
"Her husband was incapable of comprehending her objection. The husband, aside from his insistence on oral sex, which was unnatural in the perception of the woman, persisted with her to allow video recording of their physical encounters. She was compelled to put up with the depraved demands, which were often accompanied by threats and physical abuse," Bhat reportedly said.
The woman had lodged an FIR accusing her husband of rape and unnatural sex. However, the Gujarat High Court, on the appeal by husband for quashing the FIR, said he cannot be booked under Section 377 because the allegations made by the wife doesn't constitute an offence under the said section, reported TOI.
The Supreme Court recently concluded hearing on a batch of petitions challenging the Constitutional validity of Section 377 that criminalises homosexuality.
