The Yogi Adityanath government transferred 20 senior IAS officers in a midnight reshuffle on Monday. The Chief Minister has appointed Alok Kumar-III and Sanjay Prasad as his secretaries.
Lucknow, September 3: The Yogi Adityanath government transferred 20 senior IAS officers in a midnight reshuffle on Monday. The Chief Minister has appointed Alok Kumar-III and Sanjay Prasad as his secretaries.
Among the other IAS officers, who were transferred, are Additional Chief Secretary for science and technology Kumar Kamlesh, who has been moved to planning and programme implementation in the same capacity. Yogi Adityanath Transfers 26 IAS Officers in Uttar Pradesh.
Manish Chauhan, Commissioner sugarcane, has been posted as Commissioner, food and logistics and his charge has been handed over to Sanjay Bhoosreddy, Principal Secretary of sugarcane development and excise.
Anil Garg, Commissioner Lucknow, has been transferred as CEO of Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC). He has been replaced by Mukesh Meshram, who was Secretary, health education.
Rupesh Kumar has been appointed as Special Secretary, health education, and Sanjay Kumar Khatri, Special Secretary, home and prison administration, was appointed joint MD of UP Jal Nigam along with Ramesh Ranjan.
Among other senior officers who have been transferred, Special Secretary, basic education, Chandra Shekhar, has been moved and posted as Sommissioner of Chitrakoot division. Rajesh Kumar-II has been given the charge of Special Secretary sports, while Surendra Prasad Singh has been appointed as Special Secretary, information. Surendra Ram will be the new Special Secretary, PWD.
