Mumbai, August 13: On Monday, August 12, Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) leader and Baramati MP Supriya Sule claimed that her husband, Sadanand Sule, received a notice from the Income Tax department after her Lok Sabha address on the Union Budget 2024. Speaking at a press conference in Mumbai, Sule said that the same issue is raised every time even though her husband has addressed the same.

"It seems to have become a routine. Whenever I speak against the government in Parliament, my husband gets a notice from the income tax department," the Baramati MP said. The four-time MP also stated that she had asked her husband, Sadanand Sule, to compile the notices he received. She revealed that her family had received similar notices six to seven times in the past. Sule also clarified that the notices issued concern an old case that her husband has already addressed. Who Is Sadanand Sule?

Sadanand Bhalchandra Sule is Baramati MP Supriya Sule's husband. Sule is the daughter of Nationalist Congress Party (SP) chief Sharad Pawar. She married Sadanand Sule on March 4, 1991. The couple have one son named Vijay and a daughter named Revati. Although he is married to Sule, who is a politician, Sadanand Sule maintains a low profile. Meanwhile, the Pune police have registered a case against an unidentified person after Supriya Sule alleged that her WhatsApp account was hacked. She had requested people not to call or message her.
