New Delhi, July 9: South Korean President Moon Jae-in, who is on a four-day visit to India, today shared a hearty conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Delhi Metro. Both the leaders are on their way to the Samsung plant in Noida, Uttar Pradesh to inaugurate the new 35-acre Samsung Electronics facility. The Samsung facility is located at Sector 81 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and is touted to be the world's largest mobile factory.
Narendra Modi and the South Korean President Moon will land at a quickly-prepared helipad adjacent to the factory in Noida. Both the leaders are set to hold talks on a wide range of issues, including the situation on the Korean peninsula and ways to boost bilateral trade and defence cooperation.

South Korean president Moon Jae-in with First Lady Kim Jung-sook arrived in India on July 8 for a 4-day visit. The president was welcomed by Minister of State for External Affairs Gen (retd) VK Singh on their arrival at Air Force Station in the national capital.
The president, accompanied by his wife Kim Jung-sook also visited the sprawling Akshardham temple premises and spent an hour there, admiring its iconic architecture and listening to the stories behind its design. "I am very delighted to visit this grand temple as part of the first leg of my visit. After, seeing this, the feeling that I get is that India and Korea may be having different cultures, but the two countries share commonalities in values such as peace, harmony and unity in diversity," Moon said. The South Korean President said though India and Korea have different cultures, both countries share same values like peace, harmony and unity in diversity.
