New Delhi, December 15: International shooter Vartika Singh wrote a letter with blood to Union Home Minister Amit Shah expressing his willingness to hang four convicts in Delhi's Nirbhaya gangrape case. She also appealed to women actors and MPs to support her. The convicts, who are lodged in the Tihar jail, are facing a death sentence for the barbaric December 16, 2012 gangrape. "Hanging of the Nirbhaya case convicts should be done by me. This will send a message throughout the country that a woman can also conduct execution. I want the women actors, MPs to support me. After the brutal Telangana rape and murder incident, the demand about hanging the four convicted in Nirbhaya case is getting stronger with each passing day. A jail in Bihar's Buxar district was directed to keep 10 pieces by December 14.

Meanwhile, a Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice of India Sharad Bobde, Justices Ashok Bhushan and R. Banumathi will head convict Akshay Singh's review plea on Tuesday. Due to Singh's pending plea, the Patiala High Court will give a final decision on the seven-year-long case on December 18.
