Dehradun, June 30: Uttarakhand teacher Uttara Bahuguna was suspended after Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat ordered action against her following a heated argument at his Janata Darbar. While earlier videos showed the teacher using abusive language, fresh videos were released by media channels on Friday, showing what exactly happened.

In the fresh videos, the teacher can be heard telling the Chief Minister that she had been posted at remote areas for the past 25 years and her husband was taking care of her kids. She then says that her husband died last year and she can now neither leave her kids nor her job, and asked the CM to transfer her. On this, Rawat was seen losing his calm, asking her to "behave like a teacher". The teacher, in her frustration, says, "Everyone is a Neta. We also have feelings."

What follows is instructions by the Chief Minster to take her out and suspend her, after which the teacher is heard using abusive language.  “I am not afraid, I haven’t done anything wrong. I was just asking for my rights,” Bahuguna told ANI as she broke down on camera.

She said that she had only been posted in rural areas of the mountainous state in the last 25 years of her tenure as a teacher. Describing her ordeal Bhaguna said, “We live here all alone, there is not even a bird around us. How do they expect to live like this?”

She said that she first filed an application for transfer to then Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal, who didn’t listen to her and questioned her for reaching out to him. She also accused the government of being corrupt, making her run from pillar to post but not taking any action.

Bahuguna claimed that she met Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat four months ago but even he didn’t take any action.
