Dehradun, December 9: At least two people were killed and three others were injured in a tragic road accident in Uttarakhand on Sunday. According to a tweet by ANI, the accident took place in Rajpur police station limits earlier this morning when a speeding car rolled over on its way. The car was on its way to Dehradun from Mussoorie. Earlier in the day, 11 people, including seven women and two minors, were killed when a truck collided with a van in Chandrapur district of Maharashtra.

According to a PTI report, the accident took place around 9:30 pm when the van, with 14 occupants, was travelling on the Korpana-Wani road.  Chandrapur Superintendent of Police, Maheshwar Reddy, informed that 10 people died in the accident as per the preliminary reports. 13 Killed After Bus Skids and Falls into Deep Gorge in Plera Area of Poonch District.

On Saturday, 13 people were killed after a bus went off the road and fell into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir. According to a tweet by ANI, the road accident took place in Plera in Mandi tehsil of Poonch district of the state. The tragic accident took place when the bus was heading towards Poonch from Loran.
