Balrampur, October 26: A 35-year-old man immolated himself in front of a police station in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur district after he was said to be upset over a land dispute. Ram Bujharath was rushed to the hospital, from where he was referred to KGMU’s trauma centre in Lucknow. His condition was stated to be serious.

Police said that Ram reached the police station and before anybody could stop him, he immolated himself. “We had already formed a team comprising a lekhpal, ADM and a police officer for a probe,” he added.
