Uttar Pradesh: Fire Breaks Out at Chemical Factory in Hapur, One Labourer Dies
A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. Following the incident, several fire tenders reached the spot to douse the fire. Apart from this, ambulances have also rushed in to help in providing medical aid to injured residents of the locality. As per informal reports, one labourer succumbed to injuries.
Hapur (Uttar Pradesh), December 30: A major fire broke out at a chemical factory in Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh on Monday. Following the incident, several fire tenders reached the spot to douse the fire. Apart from this, ambulances have also rushed in to help in providing medical aid to injured residents of the locality. As per informal reports, one labourer succumbed to injuries. The fire has been doused and investigating officers are probing the reason behind the cause of fire.
Earlier in the day, a blast took place in a warehouse of chemical storage tanks near Kandla Port and Indian Oil refinery in Gujarat. Fire tenders have reached the spot and they are trying to douse the fire. As per the latest report, three people have died in the fire, while two others are reportedly injured.
