Uttar Pradesh Constable Seeks Dismissal of Yogi Adityanath-led Government, Suspended
A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) constable in Uttar Pradesh has been suspended for demanding the dismissal of Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in the state.
Noida, June 16: A Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) constable in Uttar Pradesh has been suspended for demanding the dismissal of Yogi Adityanath-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in the state. The constable, Munish Yadav on Saturday went to district collectorate with a placard saying "Yogi sarkar ko barkhast karo (Dismiss the Yogi government)." The constable told media that Yogi's government should be dismissed as it failed to control the law and order situation. Munish said that he had come to give notice in this regard to the Governor, through district Magistrate. Meanwhile, JB Singh, District Magistrate, said that he didn't met PAC Constable and heard about it from media.
On the ground of gross disciple, the Director General of Police (DGP) O.P. Singh has taken cognizance into the matter and issued dismissal orders for Yadav, who was posted in Noida. Meanwhile, the family members of Yadav said that he was mentally disturbed and hence the episode took place.
