UP Crime: Man Accused of Murder Shot Dead After Being Fired With Bullets Inside Court Premises

The entire court premises was cordoned off and police informed that all the attackers were arrested. The murder was in retaliation of twin murder that took place in Nazibabad, in which the senior BSP leader was shot dead.

Bijnoor, December 17: In a shocking incident three assailants fired bullets into the chest of the main accused in the BSP leader’s murder case inside a UP Court. CJM Yogesh Kumar narrowly escaped from being hit by the bullets, while a constable was injured in the attack.

The entire court premises was cordoned off and police informed that all the attackers were arrested. The murder was in retaliation of twin murder that took place in Nazibabad, in which the senior BSP leader was shot dead along with his nephew. BSP leader Haji Ahsan and his nephew were shot dead. Two unidentified men entered the office of Ahsan, hiding the weapon under the cover of a sweet box. When they were asked about details regarding them, the assailants started firing bullets. Both of them were taken to the hospital, but they succumbed to their injuries.
