A TikTok user was absconding after allegedly killing three people in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor district shot himself dead on Friday night while trying to escape from the police. 33-year-old Ashwini Kumar alias 'Jonny Dada' was a drug addict and had uploaded TikTok videos of himself posing as a 'villain', saying that he would harm.

Kumar, who had no previous criminal record, had allegedly shot dead local BJP leader Bhim Singh Kashyap's 25-year-old son Chandra Bhushan alias Rahul and his nephew Krishna alias Lala after inviting them for a drink in Barhapur on September 26. Three days later, Kumar barged into the house of a former air hostess Nitika Sharma, 27, and started firing indiscriminately at her and fled from the spot. He allegedly sneaked into the forest area after killing Sharma.
Soon police started a manhunt but he remained untraceable. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Bijnor SP, Sanjiv Tyagi confirmed that Ashwini Kumar shot himself dead while travelling in the state-run bus to Uttarakhand. Tyagi said that the search operation was being conducted when a police team stopped the bus and spotted a suspicious person.
When a police constable asked him to show his face Jonny Dada shot himself dead. “The dead man was later identified as Jonny Dada, who was wanted in three sensational killings held in separate parts of Bijnor recently,” Tyagi said.
