Thane, December 12: A massive fire broke out in a building near Charai area of Thane district in Maharashtra on Monday afternoon, news agency ANI reported. The incident took place in a shop located in a commercial building near Vandana Cinema. Several teams of fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire. In a similar incident on November 22, two people were killed after an oil tanker collided with a truck in Kolkata. Both the vehicles caught fire after the tragic collision. According to reports, drivers of both the vehicles were burnt to death inside their cabins. Meanwhile, a constable was also injured in the mishap.
