Telangana: Trainee Aircraft Crashes in Bahupeta in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Pilot Injured

According to a tweet by ANI, the aircraft had taken off from Hakimpet Air Force station and crashed in Telangana's Bahupeta. Reports inform that the pilot, who sustained injuries, has been shifted to hospital.

Hyderabad, November 28: A pilot of a trainee aircraft was injured after the plane crashed in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana on Wednesday. According to a tweet by ANI, the aircraft had taken off from Hakimpet Air Force station and crashed in Telangana's Bahupeta. Reports inform that the pilot, who sustained injuries, has been shifted to hospital. Indian Air Force PRO, Anupam Banerjee informed that the aircraft that crashed was a Kiran aircraft. It was on a routine training mission when the crash took place. The trainee pilot was ejected safely. Banerjee informed that a Court of Inquiry will investigate the cause of the accident.

On November 21, a private trainee aircraft crashed near Mokila village in Telangana. According to a tweet by ANI,  the plane crashed in Shankarpally Mandal in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana. The pilot of the aircraft was safe. There have been many incidents of plane crashes in the last few months.  On October 29, the Indonesian low-cost carrier Lion Air flight JT 610 aircraft crashed, killing a total of 189 people.

Earlier this month, a Karachi-bound Cessna aircraft made a priority landing in Jaipur after the pilot got "Indication of Open door". According to ANI, the aircraft had taken off from Lucknow for Karachi and there was only cockpit crew in the aircraft.
