Chennai, July 31: In an unfortunate incident in Tamil Nadu, a 15-year-old boy died reportedly after being hit on head by a javelin. The alleged incident occurred last week in Cuddalore district when the Class 10 student was hit on the head by a javelin during a sports practice session. The deceased, identified as T Kishore, breathed his last on Tuesday, July 30.

After the incident, Kishore's father lodged a police complaint. According to a report in the Times of India, the incident took place on July 24, in Vadalur town of Cuddalore district, when Kishore was leaving the school premises around 5 PM. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on July 30. While a case has been registered, preliminary revealed that the school does not have a full-time trained physical education teacher. Cops also learned that the shool also did not have playground facilities for javelin throw training.

In a separate incident that occurred last month, a 20-year-old college student allegedly killed his mother and younger brother by stabbing them and slashing their throats while they were sleeping at their house in Thiruvottiyur. After killing his mother and younger brother, Nithesh wrapped their bodies in separate plastic bags and left them in the kitchen before fleeing the spot.
