Krishnagiri, August 23: A 27-year-old woman named M Loganayagi from Puliyampatti near Pochampalli in Tamil Nadu lost her life due to severe blood loss after giving birth at home. The woman and her husband, D Madesh, 30, both graduates, reportedly chose not to go to the hospital for the delivery, believing in "naturopathy". The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 22, leading to the woman's untimely demise.
According to multiple reports, Loganayagi went into labour at around 4:30 am and delivered a baby boy at home. However, complications arose as the family struggled to remove the placenta.
