Bhopal, April 25: In a shocking incident in Madhya Pradesh, a Class 11 girl allegedly died of cardiac arrest in Burhanpur. The deceased student has been identified as Yashasvi Brahmane. The alleged incident occurred on the night of Tuesday, April 23, at a boarding school in Madhya Pradesh's Burhanpur. While the girl is said to have died due to cardiac arrest, police officials are waiting for the autopsy report to know the cause of death.
According to a report in the Times of India, the deceased student wanted to become a doctor, and hence, her parents admitted her to the Macro Vision Academy in Burhanpur. They admitted Yashasvi to the academy on March 28 to help her prepare for the NEET exam. After her death, her parents alleged that the hostel's warden did not inform them about their daughter not keeping well. Yashasvi Died of Cardiac Arrest
However, the institution and the doctor who treated Yashasvi have denied any negligence. On Tuesday, Yashasvi informed her parents that she was going to see a doctor with the hostel warden as she had a fever. Lohar Brahmane, Yashasvi's father, said that they received a call from a doctor who said that Yashasvi's blood pressure was dropping and she needed angiography.
Later, the doctor informed them that Yashasvi was critical and asked them to come to Burhanpur immediately. Lohar also claimed they were not informed that their daughter was not keeping well and that she had not been attending school for a few days. In his statement, Lohar claimed that the doctor must have given his daughter a high dose of medicine as she had no disease.

He also alleged that the school administration kept them in the dark by saying she was okay and they did not visit Burhanpur. Dr Gagan also said that when Yashasvi was shifted to the ICU, she suffered a cardiac arrest and fell unconscious. Even though the doctors performed CPR, she could not survive. Meanwhile, the police have handed Yashasvi's body to her parents. They have assured action after the report confirms the cause of the death.
