Over 40 students and teachers were injured, including Aishe Ghosh, president of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union (JNUSU) has sustained head injuries. In a video shared by ANI, she was seen severely bleeding. JNUSU claimed members of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) were behind the attack.
