New Delhi, December 26: After a hiring freeze in the middle of economic slowdown, there are recent reports that the e-commerce companies have stepped up on their recruitment process. According to an Economic Times report, there is almost be a 50 to 100 percent increase in the hiring process from India's top engineering and B-schools this placement season.
New-age startups like Udaan, Droom, Flipkart, Amazon, Toppr, Testbook and NoBroker are among the companies that have been hiring aggressively across campus for multiples roles including operations, sales, data science, product management and marketing. The companies plan to invest in new talent and on those who are quick to learn new-age skills.
