Six-Year-Old Twins Kidnapped From School Bus in Madhya Pradesh Found Dead in UP's Banda District

Lucknow, February 24: The six-year-old twin brothers who were kidnapped from Madhya Pradesh's Chitrakoot district on February 12, have been found dead in Uttar Pradesh, Banda district. Their bodies were found in a river, reported news agency ANI. Post mortem is being conducted to ascertain the exact cause of death of the children.

The kidnapped students were 6-year-old twin brothers of Sadguru Public School.Soon after receiving the information about the incident, the police rushed to the spot and learned through the CCTV footage how the twins were kidnapped at a gunpoint from the school bus.

The two accused, who came on a motorbike, stopped the vehicle near Nayagaon and took away both the students around 12:40 pm. As soon as the police got information about the kidnapping, the borders of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and other exit areas were put on alert.

However, even after a manhunt, the police could not reach a breakthrough in the case. When there was no trace of the boys even five days after their kidnapping, the family turned to social media and requested for help from the people, to get their children back.
