Mumbai, July 5: Shiv Sena Corporator Milind Vaidya on Friday assaulted chicken traders near Machimar Colony in Mumbai’s Mahim. According to reports, Vaidya started to assault the traders over vehicles being parked in Mahim area near railway station. In the video, the Shiv Sena corporator and his supporters can be seen thrashing and abusing the traders. Talking to ANI, Vaidya said, “I have been raising this parking issue with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for the last two year but no action has been taken. After the assault, the trucks parked at Mahim’s Naya Nagar moved away. Locals were reportedly facing difficulties and hygiene issue due to the vehicles parked in the area. Vaidya was also an ex-mayor of the BMC.
